INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY.
Shipment processing time.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the administrative processing(confirmation, picking, packaging and preparation for despatch) of your order. Unfortunately we do not ship orders on weekends, official public holidays and official holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, our administrative processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
All our product prices shown on oxygentheraysa.com are inclusive of shipping costs.
Shipment method and Estimated delivery time.
All our products are despatched to you via registered parcel post through the South African Postal Service. Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days from date of despatch of your order.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been despatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.
Oxygentheraysa.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All
fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Oxygentheraysa.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
